Chef Jay Jay’s breakfast take on the BLT (Bacon, Lettuce, and Tomato) sandwich substitutes your typical bread with house-made fluffy waffles. This is the embodiment of breakfast in one bite. Yum!
A variation of Verbena’s Country Benedict that switches the shaved honey ham to smoked salmon. The smokey flavor of the salmon gives a perfect balance to the sweet hollandaise sauce. The poached egg and fresh English muffins brings everything together to create a medley of flavors worth getting out of bed for.
US Beef Tapa
Discovery Country Suites can’t be a bed and breakfast place without some Filipino favourites, right? Verbena’s Beef Tapa is sourced from quality livestock to ensure top-notch flavor. Throw in the silog (garlic rice and egg) with some atsara (papaya relish), and you’ve got yourself a Filipino staple breakfast. This one’s so good you’d want to eat it with your hands!
