As an esteemed bed and breakfast, you know that Discovery Country Suites breakfast menu is the real deal. After being given the Best Bed and Breakfast in Asia Award from Haute Grandeur, Executive Chef Gerwin Bailon wanted to take Restaurant Verbena’s Country Breakfast menu up to another notch with his new dishes.
Some of the new additions in the menu are the Congee with Pork Crackling, which is a hearty take in the Filipino staple dish, Miso Glazed Fish Fillet, which playfully mixes the sweet and umami flavor of miso with the rich taste of the fish, and the Verbena Signature Toast, perfect for those with a sweet tooth. Vegetarians are also in for a treat with the Veggie Breakfast Taco, made from soft wheat tortilla filled with mixed grilled vegetables, and lathered with garlic aioli, which altogether creates a flavor-packed dish that both vegetarians and non-vegetarians can enjoy. Other items in Restaurant Verbena’s breakfast menu are the Country Benedict, California Omelette, Madame Croquet, Beef Tapa, Cottage Breakfast, Chicken Adobo, and Regions Breakfast.
