Want to know what’s in store? Before heading to the carving station, get your appetite ready first with our Bouillabaisse, a rich seafood stew to warm your stomach. Then tackle the cold station featuring a Salad Bar, Cheeseboard, Chicken Galantine, and Chilled Fresh Shucked Oysters. After you’ve had your fix of soup and salad, try head over to the main dishes featuring Paella, Vegetable Mousakka, Pork Stew with Chestnut, Tamarind Glazed Chicken, Fish Provencale, and don’t forget about the Roast Beef and Cochinillo carvings!
