For Him, the Chef offers Roasted Eggplant Caviar with Sour Cream and Eggplant Chips; and Oysters Fricassee served with Home-Made Spaghettini in Lemongrass Caviar Cream; Cappucino with Truffle Oil and Prosciutto Crostini; Lobster with Melted Vegetables, Artichokes and Basil Broth and mouthwatering Grilled U.S. Angus Rib with Sweet Shallot topping with Roasted Shiitake Mushroom with Red Wine Sauce .
For Her , the Chef prepares Roasted Pimento Mouse with Marinated Olives and its own Tempura ; Oyster Fricassee with Summer Vegetables and Parmesan Emulsion, Spring Asparagus Cappuccino with Fresh Mint and Smoked Salmon Crostini ; Lobster poached in butter with Vanilla Riosotto, Mascarpone and Roasted Pumpkin and Pan-seared Veal Chop with Summer Vegetables, Taglierini al Pesto . Both menus will be capped by a special chocolate dessert.
