Discovery Country Suites offers a welcome alternative to the loud and rambunctious Manila scene during the Halloween season. Tucked away in the quiet part of picturesque Tagaytay, Discovery Country Suites is calm and serene oasis perched on a ridge with a breath-taking view of Taal Lake and Volcano. Urban warriors wanting a break from the frenzied pace of Manila can relax in any of the seven luxuriously appointed suites with overnight packages ranging from P 10,000 to P 15,000. Suite packages are inclusive of country-style breakfasts and complimentary wine tasting with cheese and hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour during their stay.
From October 28 – 31, Discovery Country Suites' Restaurant Verbena showcases Chef David Pardo de Ayala's culinary gems. Diners can indulge in country-style a la carte specialties such as Pan-Roasted Foie Gras , Creamy Oysters Fricassee, Grilled U.S. Angus Rib-Eye Steak , Roasted Magret de Canard and Seared Chilean Sea Bass among many others. Guests will also receive a complimentary Halloween dessert. A face painter will be on hand during lunch service to keep the children entertained. Animated pirate movies will also be shown in the Family Room located near the dining area.
