The deliciously imaginative David Pardo de Ayala presents a delectable four-course menu inspired by the Fall Season.
Playing on the rich colors and varied textures of Autumn, the Chef prepared an equally splendid culinary treat that begins with Soy Cured Salmon Fillet in Cilantro Cream with Baby Greens, Cauliflower Cream Soup with Poached Oysters and Bacon Bits.
This will be followed by succulent Surf & Turf - Black Olive Crusted Australian Lamb Chop and Spiced Prawns with Grilled Vegetables, Herb Potato Puree and Tomato Balsamic Jus.
The fitting finale is a sweeping concoction that will surely indulge the sweet tooth--Classic Baked Alaska, which is a duet of Choco Chip Ice Cream and Berry Coulis. Then, it’s time to sit back and enjoy the luxurious flavor and aroma of Illy Coffee or Tea.
This special menu is available for lunch and dinner from October 27 – November 2. Children dining with their parents will be given Halloween souvenirs and can lounge in the family entertainment area where they can watch some of Hollywood’s best Halloween kiddie flicks with bowlfuls of complimentary popcorn. This special menu is priced at P 950+ per person.
